My name is Kathy Folkenroth and I have been working with Nichole Meaden for about a year and a half now and she has been very helpful in helping us find investment properties to work on and she is very knowledgable with the whole process of buying HUD properties and she is very helpful of helping us with the pricing out of how much money we should spend to keep us within the budget and as far as how much we should list the property for and our first property that we listed with her, she sold in 1 day and we were very happy about that and it has been a pleasure working with her. She has always been very good at returning our phone calls and just very helpful with the whole process of buying and selling homes. Hello, my name is Scott. I'm from the Dillsburg York-Springs area on the north western part of York County and Michael was referred to me through a friend. I never dealt with a realtor before. This was my first time as a homeowner trying to sell my house. Michael and his team were very successful and helpful in getting my house sold and listed.
