Oak Tree Real Estate was established in May 2004 as a partnership. We were licensed by the Commonwealth as a Real Estate company and operated as a partnership for a few years. In August 2007 Oak Tree Real Estate LLC was incorporated and in January 2009 the LLC took over all Real Estate business from the partnership.
